Specifically, we believe in the Buddhist concept of “Dana.” In Sanskrit, Dana means “the perfection of giving.” In Zen circles, it means “giver and receiver are one.”

So many personal growth teachers promise your life will be PERFECT if you just follow their system. We’re different. We feel perfection is impossible. In fact, a core tenant of the mindfulness traditions we practice and teach is that dissatisfaction and challenges are an inherent part of life. So it seems to us that teachers espousing perfection are misleading their clients. 

The good news is, we also feel–quite strongly–that 80-90% of your challenges are caused by how you think and behave. So, if you can change your ways of thinking and acting, life can get WAY better. And by better, we mean more enjoyable, productive, and inspired. 

Maureen and Josh offer very limited one-on-one coaching. This is for clients who want to work on a particular issue for a particular amount of time. 

If you have the resources and we have the time, Josh and Maureen will work with you TWO-on-one (or two-on-two for couples and business partners). The extremely potent combination of working with us both at once will result in rapid growth, insight and shifts, helping you move through even the most challenging of obstacles. 

Maureen and Josh have saved countless lives, relationships, and businesses. We’re here to help YOU if you’re ready, but be prepared as our waitlist is currently running 1-2 years out. We highly recommend working with us in a group setting in the meantime (you may even resolve all your issues by doing the group work, and not even need to work with us 1:1!).

In the unlikely event you work with us and don’t feel you have received value commensurate with your time and investment, and we can’t make it right, we don’t want to keep your money. We would rather you have it back so you can invest it in another system that may work better for you.
